I'm not here to give you
a roadmap.

I've spent 19 years in corporate leadership and learning development — building programs, developing leaders, and operating at the highest levels of organizational life. And for a long time, that was enough.

Until it wasn't.

The restlessness that showed up wasn't a problem to fix. It was an invitation. To lead differently. To listen inward. To stop performing a version of myself that looked successful on paper but felt increasingly hollow underneath.

That's the threshold I now help other women cross. Through Human Design, intuitive coaching, Reiki energy work, and deep facilitated containers, I work with leaders who are done outsourcing their knowing — and ready to come home to themselves.

What I actually do

I'm a consciousness advisor for women who are waking up. I hold space for the disorientation of the in-between — that liminal place where the old identity no longer fits and the new one hasn't fully arrived.

I don't rush that process.
I work inside it.

My approach is rigorous and reverent. I bring an I/O psychology degree, an ICF coaching credential, two decades of corporate experience, and a Reiki Master practice to every engagement. I'm grounded in data and in spirit — and I refuse to choose between them.
