You will not leave as the person who arrived. By the end, you'll be making decisions from your own authority instead of everyone else's — and you'll know the difference.
What this is
The In-Between is a 15-week intimate container for six high-achieving leaders moving through a profound internal shift — the kind that tends to arrive quietly, often at the very height of outward success, and asks to be answered.
This is not a course. It's not a mastermind. It's not a framework. It's a living, breathing experience where consciousness shifts happen in real time — in the group field, in the silence between words, in the moments you finally say out loud what you've only whispered to yourself.
Over our weeks together, we move through three movements — not a curriculum to complete, but territory to inhabit. This is deep, embodied transformation, walked consciously and in community.
We surface the unconscious patterns and neural pathways quietly running your life — the old protective wiring that once kept you safe and now keeps you small — and begin, gently, to release them.
Using your Human Design, we map where you're living in alignment and where you've been working against your own energy — so you can see, often for the first time, how you're actually built to lead, decide, and move.
We explore the intuitive intelligence you already carry, name it without apology, and find the real openings for you to lead from it — in your work, your relationships, your life.
You will not leave as the same person who arrived. By the end, you'll be leading from your embodied soul.

You are held between sessions, not just during them. Voice notes, reflections, threads of guidance.
A community of six
Small by design. You will know these people. They will know you.
A course delivers curriculum and a mastermind trades tactics. The In-Between does neither. There is no framework to complete — the work happens live, in the group field, in the moments you say out loud what you've only whispered to yourself. You are not being taught something you don't know; you are being helped to hear something you already do.
Six people meet live for 90 minutes every two weeks over 15 weeks. Sessions are facilitated rather than taught — Kelly holds the space and follows what's moving in the group. Between sessions you have asynchronous support, and once a month you meet with Kelly privately to go deeper on what's yours alone.
Roughly three hours a month of live sessions, plus a monthly 1:1. The In-Between runs 15 weeks. Most participants find the reflection between sessions matters as much as the sessions themselves, so leave room for it.
No. If you don't know it, we'll generate it together — all it takes is your birth date, time, and place. The second movement of the container is built around reading it and applying it to how you lead and decide.
The container was built for women leaders and that remains its center of gravity. If you're drawn to the work and aren't a woman, apply anyway and tell me what's moving — the conversation is the point.
Yes. Sessions run live over video and participants join from wherever they are. Note that current cohorts are scheduled around US Central Time, so check that the rhythm works for you before applying — the application asks for your time zone.
Kelly reads every application herself. If it looks like a fit, she'll reach out to arrange a conversation — and that conversation is where the shape of the container, the commitment, and whether it's genuinely right for where you are all get worked out together. The cohort is curated deliberately, so not every application results in a place. That's by design, for the people in the room as much as for you.
Applications open · 6 spots per cohort
This container is curated intentionally. Not everyone is the right fit — and that's by design, for the people in the room as much as for you.
